As just about everybody knows, there’s been record flooding here in southeast Kansas. Thankfully, we weren’t effected directly the the flooding as our house is up on a hill on the west side of town - the east side is what got flooded. We did have some rainwater penetration though, which ruined our carpets downstairs :(

I’m also glad to report that none of my close friends and family were effected by the flooding, though one of Sandy’s best friends in highschool lost her home in Neodesha :(
